Custom-Made Production & Fulfillment

Because every item at Zuzuv is custom-made-to-order specifically for you, our products require a brief production window before they are ready to ship.

  • Production Time: Please allow [3 to 7 business days] for your custom item to be crafted, printed, and quality-checked.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship our custom apparel to customers in the United States and select regions. Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes  5 to 10 business days] after production.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your custom order has finished production and shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Incorrect Addresses & Package Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Zuzuv is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before fulfillment begins.
